Polish city is first to be given the new EHF EURO 2016 composite logo

The City of Gdansk was the first Host City of EHF EURO 2016 in Poland which officially presented the composite logo.

Gdansk Host City logo was presented by Mayor of Gdansk, Mr. Paweł Adamowicz and the President of the Polish Handball Federation, Mr. Andrzej Kraśnicki.

The event was organised on the occasion of the play-off match between Poland and Germany in the Ergo Arena, which was played in front of 10,000 spectators. 

The City of Gdansk will be hosting the preliminary round of the EHF EURO 2016 between 16 – 20 January.
